I-PICTL2026Objectives
The organisation of I-PICTL 2026 in conjunction with SULAM@UPM Carnival 2026 focuses on promoting, exploring, and sharing best practices as well as global expertise in innovative teaching and learning (T&L) to achieve the following objectives:

To provide a platform for academic staff, teachers, and students to share and disseminate innovations and creativity in T&L;

To sustain a continuous culture of innovation and creativity in T&L among academic staff, teachers, and students;

To support the cultivation of lifelong learning through the exploration of flexible and digital T&L approaches;
04
To recognise excellence in T&L innovation through the Putra InnoCreative Educators Award and the Putra SULAM Innovate Award;
05
To strengthen the implementation of SULAM as a holistic and high-impact learning approach, in line with the aspirations of the national higher education agenda in producing resilient graduates with strong community values and humanity-driven attributes;

To develop the Putra Community of Practice (CoP) in Innovative Pedagogy;
07
To integrate innovative pedagogy with values-based education (VBE), SULAM, High Impact Educational Practices (HIEPs), and curriculum transformation
